Meat Processing and Handling

We work closely with our local butcher for processing all our Grass fed cattle and sheep.

We load them on farm calmly and with minimal stress, then deliver them to the butcher within an hour of leaving the farm.

Once slaughtered, the butcher hangs the carcass in their cool room for a minimum of 10days.

It is then cut up, and cryo packed according to a Cut Sheet we give them.

Once they’ve finished packing, we pick it up in our mobile cool room, and bring it back to our packing room, where we unpack it into our freezers.

Once frozen, we pack orders and start delivering to our customers.
