100% Grass fed, free range lamb.

Our Lamb comes from our pasture raised Ultra White sheep and is 100% free from growth hormones, antibiotics and feed additives.
All our lambs are born and raised on our farm, and are left with their mum until the day they are sent to the local butcher. Which means they live a stress free life, until the very last day! 
Ultra Whites are believed to have fat with a lower melt point, and more intramuscular fat (marbling) making the meat tender and delicious to eat.
Ultra White sheep are ‘Easy Care’ sheep, they don’t need shearing, muelsing or tailing. All those things add stress to a lambs life, and we prefer to raise our lambs without all that extra stress.

Each Lamb Pack contains a 5kg selection of delicious lamb.

All meat will be Cryo-vacced and frozen for delivery, unless otherwise stated, and ready to pop straight into your freezer!
